Ultra-low emission reheating furnace for China
Due to the importance of environmental responsibility among steelmakers in China, the project has very strict requirements on energy consumption and NOx emissions. These specific requirements are even lower than the current standards in China.
The advanced technology offered by 天博体育 - , will completely satisfy these requirements. The high standard furnace will have a capacity of 85 tons per hour to reheat long products, such as stainless steel bars, coils or wires, and will be equipped with the latest generation of AdvanTek? burners, designed in France. The AdvanTek? burners will guarantee energy efficiency and ultra-low NOx emissions – less than 100 mg/m3, which is a real benefit to Yantai Walsin.
The scope of the project includes engineering, equipment supply and erection, which will be completely executed by 天博体育 Stein Metallurgical Technology (Shanghai), a 天博体育’ subsidiary in China. The hot commissioning is scheduled for August 2020.
