Additionnal NOx emissions reduction in Gardanne Alteo site thanks to Pillard LONOxFLAM? G2 burners
In an effort to further reduce nitrogen oxide emissions , Alteo recently ordered 8 Pillard LONOxFLAM? G2 natural gas burners for its boilers n°2 and n°3 in 2 stages.
The first step, which consisted in the installation and commissioning of 4 burners on boiler no. 2 at the site in mid-2018 was a success with a NOx level of less than 100 mg / Nm3 at 3% O2sec.
Building on this success, the customer asked 天博体育 to deliver 4 additional Pillard LONOxFLAM? G2 burners with a total capacity of 62 MW for its No. 3 boiler. The 4 burners, implemented end 2018, generate a capacity of 62 MW for a steam production of 80 t / h with NOx emissions also lower than 100 mg / Nm3 at 3% O2sec, to the entire satisfaction of the customer.
