A new success for Pillard NANOxFLAM? on multi-burner boiler application
Both burners are installed on 2 levels on the front wall of a 55 t/h (30 barg, 290°C) water tube steam boiler.
The commissioning of the boiler with the burners has been successfully completed. During the test, both Pillard NANOxFLAM? burners operated simultaneously and in single mode, with turn down ratios of 1:6 each.
In all operation conditions they have fallen below the contractual agreed emission values of NOx<50 and CO<15mg/Nm3 @3% O2 without external flue gas recirculation and without any other secondary flue gas treatment measures.
